How to Manage Your Time More Effectively

In a recent Harris Interactive poll, 56% of Americans reported that they regularly experienced stress due to having “too many things to do.”  One of the most common forms of stress is the feeling of being overwhelmed by too many things to do and not enough time to do them.  Part of the solution is becoming more effective at managing your time.  Learning how to manage your time can really help.
