Do you take time out of your busy day to enjoy moments of relaxation and fun?

Many studies have shown that engaging in recreational activities increases your life satisfaction, self-confidence and well-being.

Fun and relaxation doesn’t have to take too much time. It can be as simple as taking a few minutes to read a novel, to play solitaire on the computer or even a ten minute walk around the block.   I enjoy reading the comics and watching funny cat videos on YouTube.
